2. Scope

This notice applies to visitors of the website and to natural persons contacting MQS through the online contact form or the contact details published on the website.

3. Contact enquiries

MQS processes your name, telephone number, e-mail address, message content, any personal data voluntarily included in the message and the time of submission. The purpose is to answer the enquiry, establish contact, discuss a quotation or service request and take steps before entering into a contract.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for enquiries aimed at a contract or quotation, and GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for other business enquiries, based on MQS’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating business communications.

Retention: 12 months after closure, unless a contract, law or legal claim requires longer retention. Messages are stored in the restricted MQS administration interface; an incoming-message notification is sent to madari.szilard@mqshungary.com. Access is limited to authorised MQS administrators. MQS does not operate a newsletter and does not use contact-form data for direct marketing.

4. Hosting and technical operations

MQS uses DUNAWEB Szolgáltató Kft. for website hosting and related technical services (2600 Vác, Szüret utca 14.; company registration no. 13-09-123402; info@dwb.hu; dwb.hu). The provider may act as a processor to the extent necessary for hosting and technical infrastructure.

5. Google reCAPTCHA

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam, automated messages and abuse. Google may assess technical information relating to the browser, device and network connection. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), MQS’s legitimate interest in website and form security. See Google Privacy and Google Terms. Use may involve transfers to third countries.

6. Map and external content

The website displays a map using Leaflet, OpenStreetMap attribution and Carto map tiles. When it loads, the visitor’s browser may connect directly to the external provider, which may process technical data such as the IP address. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), MQS’s legitimate interest in making its location easy to find. Google Maps directions open only after a separate click and are subject to Google’s own terms.

7. Cookies and analytics

MQS does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or other marketing or audience-measurement tools. The website may use technical solutions necessary for its operation and form security. reCAPTCHA-related technical components are described above.

8. Recipients, security and your rights

Authorised MQS personnel/administrators and the technical provider above may access personal data only to the extent necessary. MQS does not sell personal data and applies risk-appropriate organisational and technical security measures.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing where the legal conditions apply; request portability where applicable; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send privacy requests to madari.szilard@mqshungary.com. MQS normally answers within one month.

9. Changes

MQS may update this notice when necessary. The current version is available on the website.
